The King’s School Trust was founded by Arthur and Margaret and registered in Zambia in 1997
This ant hill was a feature of the land given to King’s School Trust by the local authority
Following their visit to ‘New Luano’ - a deprived residential area in the Copper Belt area of Zambia, situated outside the town of Chigola, Arthur and Margaret were touched by the plight of the community and the total lack of educational facilities for the children.
This was the birth of their vision to build a school where free education would be provided
